Imagine the surprise of the used car salesman when I pull out my Blackberry and do a VIN search using my unlimited Carfax account. It throws them right off balance. Carfax results for Ontario vehicles give a good indication of the vehicle history, but not the complete MTO history. I strongly suggest buying the UVIP package or your provincial or state equivalent before closing the deal.
